Why two web pages ?
We examine automatically always also the side before, because e.g. with a frame braker you must start only a new session, in order to announce the rule offence. Then however the evil author is not the current side, but the side before. Sometimes also with popups one cannot at all recognize whether it was a exit Popup of the previous side or a Intro Popup of the current site. Therefore always two sites are controlled, freely after the slogan: Confidence is good, control is better.

I announced the side already x times, why there nothing happens ?
We control in principle each message, sometimes but we do not see it being able as rule offence (e.g. with pure banner sides) or we the message not to reconstruct. Straight one with popups is so a thing. There are a lot different causes for popups and other does not emerge unfortunately. We had even already a case, where the popup emerged only with Netscape. If on a side thus still popups arise, then simply again announce.

A Popup is permitted, is to announce I the side nevertheless ?
If you in your account "Show sites with popups" activated and only a popup opened, then it is not a rule offence, thus to announce.

If you did not activate this point in your profile however or more than a popup opened, then it is a rule offence, therefore to announce. If you however constantly receive popups, then you control please first your profile whether the Surfbar characteristic is not perhaps nevertheless activated there.

What are pure banner sides ?
By pure banner sites we understand sites, on which only banner can be and make on which one nothing different one.

Hhowever Top lists do not count to it, with which an entry possibility exists. The Top lists are used by many members and become therefore certified from us specially. If on a side however several Top lists in the IFrame are indicated and with a web page the no longer much to do, then can the side to the collecting main are brought calmly times again.

If it concerns a complete web page, with which in the center in a frame banners are only indicated, then applies that likewise not as pure banner site. Here perhaps times short email helps the side to the webmaster whether it believes that someone clicks there on the banners.

Likewise as pure banner sides such, on which many Ref banners are indicated, do not apply to the banners however still another description, a comment or evaluation etc. are formulated.

How is it with the erotism-banners ?
Erotism-banners are considered as rule offence only if the site not such is characterized. Who gets to see repeatedly sides with erotism-banners, which should check whether in its account the announcement is activated by erotism-banners perhaps.

How is it with frame braker ?
Frame braker bring the problem with itself that the upper Frame of the Surfbar is away and cannot naturally click to no more on rule offence. Please simply start a new session, click there on rule offence. We examine then automatically the previous side also.
